"Extremely Dissatisfied – Time to Find a More Reliable Agent I’ve never dealt with an insurance company as frustrating as this one. No one ever answers the phone, the office is closed to walk-ins unless you have an appointment, and even then, good luck getting one. Emails go unanswered, and now they’ve switched to some impersonal text message system—asking you to reply “UNSTOP” without even explaining why or what you’re agreeing to. It feels like they’re hiding behind technology instead of actually helping their customers. I called into the main 800 number and they were able to send a message to Reggie’s office to reach out to me by end of day, this is the only reason I received a message. It’s become clear that I need to find a more responsive and reliable agent. Insurance is supposed to give you peace of mind, not make you chase people down just to get answers. Definitely not the level of service you expect or deserve. Rachael is just rude!"

"If you want your premium to go up every 6 months despite absence of wrecks or traffic violations, then you’ve picked the right insurance. I recently switched coverage due to the extremely high rates and miraculously my final payment was the same as the price I was billed on my May 9th statement? Payments are taking in advance and I cancelled prior to that next billing cycle, so the entire billed amount should not have been deducted. State Farm has definitely gone down over the years with affordability and being competitive."

"I have been with this location for years, even before Mr. Greene took over as agent. Leaving American Family after 14 years of service to them. Well I am not here to belittle and bash, just to say I am glad that some customers are getting the proper customer care for him. I'm still giving a three star rating because even though I get one star service does not mean I am not courteous to others."
"Unfortunately, I have no control over rates. STATE FARM took a rate increase in Missouri that was out of my control. My team member attempted to review your policies or offer I review them to make sure you were getting all applicable discounts when you yelled at her and hung up on her. While I appreciate you not wanting to belittle and bash me on Google, I would appreciate more if you didn't belittle, bash, and disrespect my employees each time you call the office. That would be appreciated by my office and whatever new company you go to."
