"Extremely Dissatisfied – Time to Find a More Reliable Agent I’ve never dealt with an insurance company as frustrating as this one. No one ever answers the phone, the office is closed to walk-ins unless you have an appointment, and even then, good luck getting one. Emails go unanswered, and now they’ve switched to some impersonal text message system—asking you to reply “UNSTOP” without even explaining why or what you’re agreeing to. It feels like they’re hiding behind technology instead of actually helping their customers. I called into the main 800 number and they were able to send a message to Reggie’s office to reach out to me by end of day, this is the only reason I received a message. It’s become clear that I need to find a more responsive and reliable agent. Insurance is supposed to give you peace of mind, not make you chase people down just to get answers. Definitely not the level of service you expect or deserve. Rachael is just rude!"

He is always so kind, really shows care, always willing to explain things and was even the first person to send me a happy birthday card on my birthday(not stamp signed, but personally signed)-invested in his clients. "If you want your premium to go up every 6 months despite absence of wrecks or traffic violations, then you’ve picked the right insurance. I recently switched coverage due to the extremely high rates and miraculously my final payment was the same as the price I was billed on my May 9th statement? Payments are taking in advance and I cancelled prior to that next billing cycle, so the entire billed amount should not have been deducted. State Farm has definitely gone down over the years with affordability and being competitive."
